Can I return an item?

We quality check each order before shipping your purchase to you. This ensures your purchase is accurate and to avoid any returned packages. However, we are human and mistakes happen. In the event that your order is incorrect on our behalf, please email us at for instructions. The timeframe for this correction is two (2) days after the delivery date of the item.  For our stationery items (journals, planners, books, budget binder, clear budget binder, and notebooks), these sales are final and no returns are accepted. For our Limited Edition apparel, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received. Refunds are ONLY issued if the error is our fault. Otherwise, you will receive store credit, and responsible for shipping.

Can I return an item that is on sale?

Unfortunately, no. All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. 

Can I return an item after 30 days with my proof of purchase?
