Sales are ALL FINAL for all Digital Products. Haven't received your digital download in your email?

This could happen if the email is entered incorrectly. Please email us with your order# so we can verify your order. 

When will I receive my physical item(s)?

Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. You may receive your order before the 7 day window, so we will provide a tracking number with each order. To track your orders, use the tracking number provided after purchase to locate an estimated arrival date for your item(s).

Boy Crazy, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Once the item(s) are accepted by USPS, we no longer have control. Track your orders by using the tracking number provided.

For all book purchases, please allow same timeframe as listed above. All sales are final and no returns or refunds for book purchases. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. You may receive your order before the 7 day window, so we will provide a tracking number with each order.

Can I return an item?

We quality check each order before shipping your purchase to you. This ensures your purchase is accurate and to avoid any returned packages. However, we are human and mistakes happen. In the event that your order is incorrect on our behalf, please email us at contact@iambriannaward.com for instructions. The timeframe for this correction is two (2) days after the delivery date of the item.  For our stationery items (journals, planners, books, and notebooks), these sales are final and no returns are accepted. For our Limited Edition apparel, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received. Refunds are ONLY issued if the error is our fault. Otherwise, you will receive store credit, and responsible for shipping.

Can I return an item that is on sale?

Unfortunately, no. All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. 

Can I return an item after 30 days with my proof of purchase?

Unfortunately, no.
